Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is a tried and tested one. Our team is highly dedicated and experienced and this is the reason we are able to execute with complete confidence and clarity.

  1. Our first task is to post any open job on our website.
  2. Once the job is posted, we look at our database and select those resumes that match with the job description.
  3. We also generate candidate profiles through employee referrals and from other recruitment consultants.
  4. We screen the selected resumes and create a shortlist of candidates. During this phase, we conduct the initial round of interview.
  5. Once the final shortlist of suitable candidates is identified, these resumes are forwarded to the recruiter.
  6. We then work closely with the hiring managers and help them further shortlist the resumes.
  7. We get in touch with the shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews.
  8. We make sure that we are in constant touch with the shortlisted candidates so that they appear for the interview.
  9. We work with the recruiter to issue offer letters to the selected candidates and give feedback to the rejected candidates. We help the rejected candidates look for other opportunities till the time they are not placed.
